Description
The project requires inspection and assessment of the existing Al-Kufra Well No. 2, including borehole CCTV inspection, groundwater quality testing, pumping tests, well-condition assessment, and recommendations. The selected contractor must supply, install, test, commission, and hand over a complete grid-interactive solar-powered water pumping system. The system includes a 290 m3/hr submersible pump at 85 m total dynamic head, a 180 kWp solar photovoltaic system, solar variable-frequency-drive controls, mounting structures, electrical protection, earthing and lightning protection, training, documentation, and all ancillary work required for a fully operational installation. The project must be completed within 120 calendar days from site handover. Bidders must provide a methodology and implementation plan, HSE plan, qualified key personnel, evidence of at least five years of relevant experience, at least two similar completed contracts valued at a minimum of USD 100,000 each, and the required technical, financial, and company documentation.
