Description
The NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCIA) intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the design and implementation of a centrally managed encrypted traffic interception system. The solution must intercept, inspect, and analyze encrypted traffic, enforce network controls, and integrate with existing NATO systems such as gateways, firewalls, and web proxies, as well as new components. The scope includes integration and reconfiguration of systems for a coherent security baseline, replacement or deployment of dedicated PKI certificates, and support for on-premise (high side and low side) and cloud network interfaces. The infrastructure spans approximately 100 interfaces with existing systems and about 20 high side and 20 low side deployments for new components across all NATO nations. The contractor shall deliver the solution to NATO's cyber security operation teams and provide an optional operational services component.
