Description
The Town of Westville is seeking qualified engineering consulting firms to perform due diligence and a potable water feasibility assessment of the Middle River reservoir, pumping station, and associated infrastructure. The study will evaluate technical, operational, regulatory, environmental, infrastructure, cost, and risk considerations related to the system’s long-term viability as a municipal potable water source. Required deliverables include an interim memorandum, draft report, final report, and presentation to Council. The estimated contract period is three months. An optional site visit is scheduled for October 19, 2026.
