Description
The U.S. Navy is seeking a contractor to repair, upgrade, overhaul, test, inspect, and return NRP, LH Secondary PA units to Ready-for-Issue condition. The scope includes inspection, troubleshooting, component repair or replacement, reassembly, testing, required materials and parts, tooling, storage, packaging, and final government inspection and acceptance. The specified item is part number 67000014-1-1 and NSN 1680-016185512, manufactured in accordance with Honeywell International drawing 67000014-1-1, latest revision. The contractor must perform the work at its identified repair facility, maintain applicable repair procedures and test documentation, comply with MIL-STD-130 marking and MIL-STD-2073 packaging requirements, and maintain a quality system conforming to ISO 9001 or SAE AS9100. The contractor is responsible for necessary equipment, materials, parts, testing, calibration, configuration management, and enclosed warehouse storage. Quotes must be submitted by email, and the solicitation states that the required repair turnaround time and monthly throughput are to be provided by the offeror.
