Description
The U.S. Air Force is soliciting one laser engraver with accessories under a total small-business set-aside. The system must include independent CO2 and fiber laser sources, a minimum 48-by-36-inch engraving area, capacity for materials at least 12 inches thick, high-speed motion control, an integrated overhead camera, Ethernet/USB/wireless connectivity, touchscreen controls, autofocus, and the specified rotary attachments, work tables, air compressor, exhaust filtration unit, and 4-inch lens. The vendor must provide delivery to Nellis Air Force Base by December 31, 2026, a minimum two-year manufacturer's warranty, and four to six hours of on-site installation and operator training. Quotes must cover the complete package and include product specifications, CAGE code, SAM Unique Entity ID, payment and discount terms, vendor contact information, and proposed delivery schedule. Award will be made to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable quote.
