This Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) from the Department of Health and Human Services aims to support the discovery and initial evaluation of biomarkers and biomarker signatures for neurological and neuromuscular disorders. The goal is to identify candidate biomarkers that can be used as tools to accelerate the clinical development of neurotherapeutics and their application in clinical practice.
