The NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCIA) intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a Commercial Cloud Service Provider (CCSP) Marketplace, with the immediate requirement to support the Protected Business Network (PBN). The marketplace will provide access to commercially available Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS), Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS), and related cloud services required to support current and future NATO enterprise workloads. The solicitation includes a draft notional cloud consumption scenario and draft contract terms and conditions for industry feedback. Potential U.S. prime contractors must maintain a professionally active facility within the United States, be pre-approved for participation in NATO Competitive Procurement (NCP), be issued a Declaration of Eligibility (DOE) by the Department of Commerce (DOC), and register with the NCI Agency's eProcurement tool, Neo. The contract is expected to be an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type. Key dates include a deadline to request a DOE by 26 August 2026, planned RFP distribution on 30 September 2026, bid closing on 5 November 2026, and estimated contract award on 19 January 2027.
