Description
Defence Construction Canada is soliciting a contractor to construct seven military residential buildings at Valcartier Garrison. The scope includes supplying all required labour, materials, supervision, and equipment. The project also includes an allowance of $1,435,000 for the purchase, delivery, and installation of furniture and accessories. The estimated opportunity value is approximately $62,400,000. Substantial Completion is required within 580 calendar days after notification of contract award, followed by final completion within 60 calendar days after Substantial Completion. The resulting contract will include an Indigenous Benefits Plan intended to create opportunities for businesses owned and led by Indigenous Peoples.
