Description
South Pike County School District is soliciting bids for Category Two networking equipment and services. The requested equipment includes six switches and 90 wireless access points with software licensing, installation, configuration, and activation. Bidders may propose one complete equipment project with a one-, three-, or five-year licensing term; partial project bids are disqualified. Equipment must be compatible with the district’s existing Aruba Central Cloud Management, must not be refurbished, and must not be from a manufacturer identified on the FCC Covered List. The district is also seeking managed internal broadband services for specified existing or new HPE Aruba equipment. Bidders must submit the complete applicable managed-services project. A completed C2 Cover Page, compatibility documentation where applicable, participation in the E-rate program, a valid SPIN, and attendance at one of two mandatory site visits are required for a compliant bid. The district may award all or part of the project, subject to E-rate funding and final board approval.
