Description
Strathcona County has issued a notice of intent to contract with Info-Tech Research Group Inc. for a three-year subscription to integrated information technology research and advisory services. The requested offering includes technology and business research, independent vendor and product evaluations, market assessments, strategic planning resources, roadmaps, decision-support tools, and direct access to analysts and subject matter experts. The scope also includes peer benchmarking, diagnostic and maturity assessment tools, guidance on governance, risk, compliance, enterprise architecture, and cybersecurity, as well as executive resources, training, and knowledge-development services. Optional implementation-oriented support may include strategic plans, governance frameworks, operating models, roadmaps, process development, assessment reports, and change-management materials. The notice states that the County does not expect the contract value to exceed CAD 278,125 over the three-year term. This is a notice of intent, not an open call for bids; suppliers may submit objections with supporting qualifications by the stated deadline.
