Description
The District of Coldstream is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms with demonstrated experience and expertise in civil and infrastructure engineering to design and deliver the Sanitary Sewer Infill Project. The scope includes detailed design, geotechnical and drawing documentation, agreement documents, and contract administration services. The solicitation package includes the RFP, addendum, design drawings, a detailed design report, geotechnical information, and sample agreements. The contract will be awarded to the lowest-priced compliant proposal meeting the mandatory criteria, terms and conditions, and specifications. Proposals may be submitted through BC Bid or by email to projectpurchasing@coldstream.ca; emailed submissions must not exceed 100 MB.
