Description
The Rhode Island Department of Administration/Division of Purchases is seeking proposals for engineering services. This is an open enrollment solicitation, with proposals reviewed quarterly. The initial contract award will be based on proposals received by Friday, May 16, 2025, at 3:00 PM. Further details can be accessed by downloading the solicitation from the public bid board or by logging into a WebProcure account. Additionally, the solicitation requires acknowledgment of Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), Woman Business Enterprise (WBE), and Veteran Business Enterprise (VBE) participation. Prime contractors must acknowledge state requirements for including certified businesses, submit executed agreements with subcontractors to the MBE Compliance Office (MBECO), provide monthly reports verifying payments to MBE subcontractors, and immediately notify the MBECO of any changes in vendor, subcontractor, or supplier usage, including change orders. Failure to comply may result in sanctions.
