Description
The City of St. Peters seeks a contractor to reconstruct Barkwood Trails Drive. Bidders must be on the Missouri Department of Transportation’s Qualified Contractor List, and the contractor questionnaire must be on file seven days before bid opening. A bid bond equal to 5% of the proposal is required. The project has a zero-percent DBE goal, and bidders must submit the DBE Submittal Form with the bid or within three working days after bid opening. No second-tier subcontracting is allowed. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Construction labor must be paid at least the higher applicable federal or state prevailing wage rate.
