The Société québécoise des infrastructures is conducting an open public procurement for construction work involving ceramic restoration, building-code compliance upgrades, and renovation at the Édifice Gérard-D.-Lévesque. The scope includes the expertise, labor, materials, equipment, services, and other resources required to complete the work. The work must be completed within 50 weeks. Bidders must hold the qualifications and licenses required under Québec's Building Act, maintain a permanent establishment in Québec or an applicable intergovernmental-agreement territory, and satisfy Québec or Canadian construction and materials requirements. At least 15% of the value of supplied materials and equipment must be Québec or otherwise Canadian. A bid security equal to 10% of the bid amount is required; acceptable forms depend on whether the bid is submitted electronically or on paper.
