This Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) aims to support the planning of clinical trials focused on cancer prevention and control. The goal is to improve various aspects of cancer care, including prevention, interception, health behaviors, screening, early detection, healthcare delivery, management of treatment-related symptoms, supportive care, and long-term outcomes for cancer survivors. This grant program is designed to help investigators address critical information gaps that often lead to protocol changes, increased costs, and delays in study completion. It also seeks to test the feasibility of new trial designs that can minimize infrastructure and reduce expenses.
