Description
The City of Leduc is seeking professional civil consulting services from an experienced consultant to serve as an Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) team project partner for Phase 1 of the West Campus Recreation Project. The project is a multi-year initiative intended to expand recreation amenities through a multi-use site with potential indoor and outdoor facilities, complementing existing recreation facilities and community sports fields. The selected consultant will participate in a collaborative IPD procurement and project-delivery model incorporating target value design to maximize value within a public funding model.
