Description
The New York City Housing Authority's Asset and Capital Management Division is requesting information from manufacturers and suppliers of auger compactors and interior compactors to help develop a proposed Master Equipment Supply Agreement. The agreement would establish pre-negotiated terms, conditions, and unit pricing for equipment supplied across multiple NYCHA developments, with project-specific installation contractors issuing purchase orders as equipment is needed and NYCHA retaining payment responsibility. This is an RFI and not a solicitation; NYCHA will not award a contract based on responses. Responses are voluntary and will not create a preference or advantage in any subsequent competitive procurement. Questions are due by September 25, 2026, and responses are due by October 30, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. EST. Hard-copy and fax submissions are not accepted, and respondents must follow the submission instructions in the RFI.
