Description
The State of Nebraska is soliciting a vendor to provide polyethylene signs for Nebraska Game and Parks Commission facilities and other state agencies. The scope includes high-density linear polyethylene signs in specified gauges, colors, sizes, shapes, and orientations; permanently bonded text, graphics, logos, and four-color printing; UV-inhibiting inks and clear coats; drilled mounting holes; and wildlife and fishery sign designs identified in the attached catalogs. The vendor must provide typesetting, digital or printed proofs for approval, and the ability to revise wording or add graphics from vector files. Materials must be made in the United States to comply with Build America Buy America requirements. The cost sheet includes estimated quantities for multiple sign configurations and a catalog/non-core discount. Prices include prepaid delivery, and orders must generally be delivered within 30 calendar days after receipt of order. The contract has a four-year initial term with four additional one-year renewal periods available by mutual agreement. The solicitation requires a completed cost sheet, completed solicitation sections, and a signed Contractual Agreement Form; responses must be submitted electronically through the designated ShareFile link.
