Description
UNDP’s Sierra Leone office is procuring furniture and related items for digital learning, collaboration, sewing and textile, drone training, and innovation spaces. The scope includes workstations, desks and tables, chairs, shelving and storage, reception and display furniture, lounge furniture, cutting tools and mats, and built-in or wall-mounted items. The detailed specifications require commercial-grade materials, durable construction, and site confirmation of dimensions for custom or built-in items. The supplier must provide new goods and include delivery, off-loading, assembly, mounting, connection, configuration, testing, commissioning, and packaging removal in its rates. A 12-month minimum warranty applies to furniture and general equipment. The offer must include technical compliance information, product details, warranty terms, and pricing; the solicitation also requests company registration and tax documents, a company profile, and information on three recent relevant contracts. Bids are evaluated for technical compliance and price, with award to the lowest-priced technically compliant offer.
