Description
Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) is issuing a refresh of the Solution-Based Informatics Professional Services (SBIPS) Request for Supply Arrangement (RFSA). This non-binding arrangement allows federal departments to compete requirements among pre-qualified suppliers for informatics professional services across Canada, excluding areas subject to Comprehensive Land Claims Agreements. New suppliers may apply to become SBIPS SA holders, while existing holders may qualify for additional streams. The supply arrangement is valid until July 4, 2028, or until re-competed. Services are delivered in English or French as required. The procurement is subject to the Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business (PSIB) for designated portions.
