Description
This Invitation to Bid covers a single-contract construction project for the 47-hectare Gororo No. 2 Irrigation Scheme in Chivi District, Masvingo Province. The contractor must construct pumping infrastructure; supply, install, test, and commission center pivots and a semi-portable sprinkler system; install electrification, pipelines, and related pump-station works; and complete conservation works. The revised package includes the updated bill of quantities and pre-bid meeting minutes. The bid requires the prescribed bidding forms, technical and price proposals, priced bills of quantities in PDF and Excel formats, qualification and experience evidence, audited financial statements, key-personnel CVs and education certificates, equipment evidence, required certificates and licenses, and a USD 30,000 bid security. Completion is required within six calendar months after site handover, followed by a 12-month defects-liability period. Subcontracting is limited to 30% of the contract value. Bids must be submitted through the supplier portal, with the original bid security sent separately to the stated procurement address.
