Description
The Defense Health Agency is soliciting a firm-fixed-price purchase order for non-personal maintenance and support services for an EnSite X electrophysiology mapping system and associated components used in a cardiac catheterization laboratory. The scope includes preventive and corrective maintenance, software updates and upgrades, technical support, system optimization, and all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and related resources necessary to keep the system operational and compliant with Original Equipment Manufacturer standards. The requirement is for newly purchased equipment and will result in one purchase order with a one-year base period and two one-year option periods. The contractor must be OEM-certified to perform the required maintenance and repairs. Quotations must include the required coversheet, table of contents, contractor points of contact, technical capability submission, pricing and discount terms, applicable federal representations and certifications, OEM-certification evidence, technical descriptions, and the completed pricing sheet. The solicitation is evaluated using technical acceptability, past performance, and price. Amendment 2 extends the quotation deadline to September 21, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time.
