Description
Health Shared Services is establishing a Vendor of Record list of firms capable of providing qualified, urgent, and timely temporary financial staff on an as-required basis. Services may support external financial reporting, general ledger and revenue management, budgeting, forecasting, grant reporting, reconciliations, month-end and year-end processes, audit support, internal controls, and related finance functions. The scope is limited to contingent temporary/on-demand resources, with possible subsequent conversion options to direct hire. Proponents may be evaluated for Financial Analyst, Senior Financial Analyst, Team Lead, and Manager categories. The response must address the firm's experience, proposed resources and resumes or profiles, available staffing pools, service-delivery methodology, urgent-response capacity, client experience, pricing, proponent information, declarations, and conflict-of-interest disclosures. Appendix 3 requires all-inclusive hourly rates for the service categories, with rates held for at least the initial two-year term; proponents may submit rate ranges and describe renewal-term escalation methodologies. The Vendor of Record agreement has an initial two-year term, with renewal options totaling up to three additional years, and no guaranteed volume or budget is available. Work may be remote, onsite, or flexible within Alberta, with most team members working remotely.
