The New York Power Authority (NYPA) is soliciting proposals for land lease and development opportunities for energy storage projects. The selected developer(s) will be responsible for the design, permitting, financing, construction, operation, and maintenance of energy storage facilities on NYPA-owned land. The goal is to support New York State's clean energy goals by expanding energy storage capacity. Proposals should demonstrate experience in energy storage development, financial capability, and a commitment to community engagement and environmental justice.
