Description
Ontario Education Collaborative Marketplace is conducting a non-binding supplier-refresh RFP to establish one or more non-exclusive master agreements for Apple products and related services. Eligible proponents must be Apple Canada Inc. or an OEM-authorized reseller and must not be a U.S. Business as defined in the RFP. The scope includes Mac computers, iPads, Apple Watches, Apple software, accessories, other Apple products, AppleCare and warranty coverage, specialized education products, and related planning, asset tagging, configuration, installation, lifecycle management, ordering, delivery, repair, recall, end-of-life, customer support, and technical services. Proponents must submit qualification and compliance responses, a technical response, an Excel commercial response, and an OEM undertaking when the proponent is not the OEM. The resulting master agreements are intended to run through January 31, 2033, with no guaranteed volume or exclusivity.
