Description
S.A.I.L.S., Incorporated is seeking a multi-year telecommunications services contract for 23 libraries. The requested standalone data transmission service must provide line speeds from 300 Mbps to 1 Gbps, fixed IP addresses, and connectivity to the network's main computer through VPN connections using a Fortinet firewall or FortiClient VPN client. The solution must include installation and initial configuration if needed, outage reporting, and basic technical support at no additional service fee. Vendors must provide telephone support 24 hours a day, seven days a week, as well as on-site technical support and service at library sites seven days a week from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. The network may increase bandwidth for some or all libraries during the contract period without resetting or renewing the term, and preference will be given to contracts permitting cancellation without penalty.
