Description
Waukesha County seeks a turnkey replacement for the Waukesha Communications Center’s existing NG911 call handling system. The solution must be an off-the-shelf, IP-based platform that is fully i3-capable and compatible with current and future NG911 networks. The contractor will provide all required hardware, software, installation, integration, testing, training, documentation, and ongoing support and maintenance. The system must integrate with the County’s AT&T ESInet, Spectrum administrative telephone lines, Octave I/CAD 9.4, Eventide NexLog DX recording system, and ECaTS analytics platform. It must support emergency and non-emergency calls, including text and multimedia, and accommodate 19 primary workstations and six remote positions. Proposals must include the County’s completed bid table and questionnaire, a vendor security assessment, requested staffing-hours and equipment-inventory information, and the signed RFP signature page. The solicitation also requires vendors to meet stated experience and reseller eligibility criteria and provide at least two references currently live in Wisconsin.
