Description
The City of Pasadena Public Works Department, Engineering, is soliciting bids for an as-needed, multi-year purchase order covering streetlight poles, LED cobrahead fixtures, electrical boxes, globes, wire, conduit, photo controls, fuse holders, fuses, connectors, tapes, coatings, and related streetlight materials. The solicitation identifies numerous specified products and approved equivalents, including Caltrans and Pasadena-standard poles, Lumec RoadFocus Plus and EOI Compass LED fixtures, and Archlumen retrofit units. Bidders must bid on all listed items, enter pricing in the electronic pricing table, and provide current product specifications and warranty information for proposed equals. Materials must be delivered to the Street Lights and Traffic Signals facility at Pasadena City yards. The contract has a three-year initial term from execution, with no optional extensions. Orders will be issued as needed, with no guaranteed minimum quantities. A five-percent electronic bid bond is required, and insurance documentation is required before contract award rather than with the bid. Required bid materials include the electronic pricing response, DHS contract disclosure form, City-required equal-employment and legal-status forms, Signature Page and Legal Status, and Declaration of Non-Collusion; Form AA-3 is optional. The winning bidder may also be required to provide a W-9, licenses or certifications, and insurance documentation after notification.
