Description
Forty Niners Stadium Management Company LLC is soliciting proposals for a turnkey third-party event merchandise concession operator for designated non-NFL events at Levi's Stadium, including concerts, soccer matches, and other public events. The contractor will plan and coordinate merchandise operations; provide retail staff, event managers, equipment, POS devices, payment processing, and related technology; manage inventory receipt, storage, replenishment, reconciliation, and returns; operate approved merchandise locations; and comply with venue, safety, security, data protection, and PCI-DSS requirements. The contractor must provide event-specific staffing, POS, merchandise-location, storage, equipment, settlement, and contact plans; submit preliminary and final event plans before each event; and provide post-event settlement reporting. The initial agreement term is three years, with up to five additional one-year options. Events may be subject to promoter or artist buyouts, and the Stadium Manager does not guarantee any minimum number of events, attendance, merchandise sales, or revenue.
