Description
UNDP Moldova seeks quotations for energy audits of nine small and medium enterprises across three lots: industrial processes, utility systems and metalworking; agroprocessing, refrigeration and planned production technologies; and service processes, hospitality, food preparation and seasonal operations. The work includes data collection, field visits, mandatory electrical measurements for Lots 1 and 2, process and energy-flow analysis, assessment of equipment and systems, and identification and economic evaluation of energy-efficiency and renewable-energy measures. The contractor must prepare a work schedule and measurement plan, preliminary audit reports, and signed final audit reports for each designated enterprise, including editable calculations, measurement records, diagrams, balances, proposed measures, comment-response matrices, and supporting files. Services must be performed and signed by appropriately registered CNED energy auditors. The maximum delivery period is eight weeks after contract signing, and quotations may be submitted by lot.
