The school is seeking bids for internet access with capacity from 1 Gbps to 10 Gbps, up to 60 Wi-Fi 7 or newer wireless access points, up to five managed 24- or 48-port Gigabit switches with 10 GB uplinks and PoE+, and up to five UPS units rated at 1500 VA or higher. Equipment preferences include UniFi or Ruckus access points and switches. Quotes must itemize each product with manufacturer part number, quantity, and price, and include the optics, modules, licenses, software, installation, configuration, and setup needed for functionality. Equivalent equipment must be shown compatible with the existing network. The opportunity also includes basic maintenance for the access points, switches, and UPS units. Internet service contracts should align with the funding year, allow for speed upgrades, state any voluntary extensions, and provide for penalty-free cancellation or line reductions if a school or building closes. Vendors must meet the stated eRate eligibility and compliance requirements. Projects are subject to funding eligibility and school board approval; the school may reduce project scope based on funding and budget constraints.
