Description
The owner is soliciting prime and non-prime contractors for the complete construction of a project under one or more prime contracts, based on bids received and combinations awarded. The Construction Manager will manage the construction, which must comply fully with the bidding documents, including the Drawings and Project Manual. Bidding documents are available electronically at no cost through the Skillman Plan Room after bidders place an order; printed documents are available for the cost of printing, shipping, and handling. A pre-bid conference will be held virtually, and an optional site walk will be held at the project site. No wage scale applies to the project.
