Description
The Barbados Agricultural Development and Marketing Corporation is requesting the supply and installation of three motorized roller shutter doors at its Pack House Facility. The work includes inspecting and measuring the openings, removing existing doors, supplying and installing the shutters and electrical connections, relocating fixtures or wiring as needed, and repairing minor adjacent-surface damage. The contractor must provide details of the proposed materials, slat profile, thickness, finish, operating and locking systems, and motor specifications. The submission must include a completed and signed Form of Quotation, a detailed cost breakdown, completion timeframe, two references for similar work, company registration documentation, a Labour Clauses compliance certification, warranty documentation, operating instructions, maintenance support information, and a required yes/no response regarding maintenance support. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the Government of Barbados e-Procurement Portal.
