Description
The U.S. Army intends to establish a multiple-award task order contract for logistics management and integration, material-handling equipment, lodging, life support, unarmed force protection, land transportation, communications, transportation, and Class I, III, IV, VI, and VIII supplies. Support will cover humanitarian assistance and disaster relief, contingency, lodging, logistics, and exercise operations throughout the Korean Theater of Operations. The scope includes facility maintenance and cleaning, laundry, shower trailers, waste management, water, power generation, portable latrines, gray- and black-water removal, custodial services, catering, water production, ice, pest control, cold storage, billeting and cots, generators, and light towers. The contractor must provide personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control, with performance required 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. A Quality Control Plan, Concept of Support, and related management and reporting are also required. Korean firms will receive preferential consideration under applicable Status of Forces Agreement provisions and local procurement policies.
