Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers’ Engineer Research and Development Center intends to award a sole-source requirement for multiple physical site licenses covering American Society of Civil Engineers publications. The requested collections include ASCE journals, online proceedings, e-books and standards, Civil Engineering Magazine, and GeoStrata Magazine, including the listed multisite and annual add-on license offerings. This is a special notice, not a request for competitive proposals. Interested sources may email a capability statement, quotation, or proposal demonstrating their ability to meet the requirement, along with a description of relevant past experience and references. Responses will be considered to determine whether a competitive procurement should be conducted.
