Lebanon Water Works Company, Inc. is soliciting a single-prime contractor for construction of Contract 12 water treatment plant improvements, including a new granular activated carbon filtration facility and an onsite mixed oxidant generation disinfection system. The work includes related site, structural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, instrumentation, SCADA, piping, valve, pump, control, equipment, testing, commissioning, and restoration work while maintaining operation of the existing water treatment plant. Addendum No. 1 changes the bid deadline to October 1, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time and confirms 510 days for substantial completion and 540 days for final completion. It revises the mixed oxidant system to two generators rated at 300 pounds per day of free available chlorine each, clarifies that three GAC systems are required, and revises several building, valve, piping, testing, and construction requirements. Attendance at the September 10, 2026, pre-bid conference is mandatory, and bidders must be listed as plan holders.
