Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking one package of medium, clear sterilization biohazard-disposal bags. Each bag must have a 6-by-9-inch open-top pouch attached to the back for paperwork, a yellow preprinted warning label, and a ziplock closure, and must meet NCCLS specimen-handling guidelines. The bags are issued as a package of 1,000 each. The supplier must identify the source and part number, provide a complete data package for alternate offers, and comply with commercial packaging, medical marking, MIL-STD-129 marking, and applicable DLA packaging requirements. Delivery is FOB destination to the specified military receiving location in Gulfport, Mississippi.
