Description
Zion Public School District 28 is soliciting proposals for Category One dedicated Internet access and data transmission service providing 1 Gbps of guaranteed, synchronous bandwidth. The service must terminate at Route 1, Stilwell, Oklahoma 74960, and bidders must identify the proposed bandwidth, recurring price, installation charges, applicable fees, surcharges, taxes, and any ineligible bundled services requiring cost allocation. The bidder must be eligible to provide OUSF support, participate in the E-Rate program for the applicable funding year, provide a valid SPIN, offer the lowest corresponding price, and permit the applicant to choose SPI or BEAR discount methods. The proposal must also include pricing for up to 12 months of month-to-month service if the applicant transitions to another provider after the initial or renewal term. Contracts are contingent on E-Rate funding and final board approval.
