The Housing Authority City of New Haven d/b/a Elm City Communities Request for Proposals (RFP) Co Developer Co-Developer for the implementation of the Union Square Phase I Transformation Plan The Housing Authority of the City of New Haven d/b/a Elm City Communities acting through its instrumentality, The Glendower Group, Inc. in partnership with the City of New Haven (the "City") as Co-Applicant and Neighborhood Implementation Entity, is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP). for selection of a qualified and experienced Co-Developer for the implementation of the Union Square Phase I Transformation Plan (The "Project"). A complete copy of the requirement may be obtained from New Haven Housing Authority Vendor Collaboration Portal https://newhavenhousing.cobblestonesystems.com/gateway beginning on Monday, August 10, 2026, at 3:00PM.

The Housing Authority of the City of New Haven, doing business as Elm City Communities, through its instrumentality The Glendower Group, Inc., in partnership with the City of New Haven, is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the selection of a qualified and experienced Co-Developer for the implementation of the Union Square Phase I Transformation Plan. The project involves the redevelopment and transformation of the Union Square area, likely including affordable housing and community revitalization.
