Description
The City of Los Angeles is soliciting bids for an annual requirements contract to furnish new, unused yellow compact trucks with extended cabs, 4x2 drivetrains, six-foot beds, and specified equipment, including towing hardware, safety and communications equipment, a fueling information transmitter system, decals, manuals, registration, exempt plates, and one year of online service-information access. The bid schedule lists a quantity of 20 units and optional four-wheel drive, color, double-cab, toolbox, drawer, warning-light, lightbar, camper-shell, ladder-rack, and truck-bed-storage configurations. Bidders must quote the complete RFQ, identify the proposed make and model and any deviations, provide technical literature, warranty information, quantity-based unit pricing, and required compliance materials. The contract is for an initial one-year period beginning December 1, 2026, or upon award, with up to nine additional one-year renewals. Delivery is desired within 180 calendar days after receipt of orders, to the City's Fleet Services facility.
