Description
The National Research Council of Canada intends to award a contract for one multi-pass cell compressor to integrate with its custom high-power oscillator and reduce the output pulse duration to less than 10 femtoseconds while achieving at least 75% transmission efficiency and an output beam-quality factor below M² 1.3. The unit must accept the specified 1.25 mJ, 75 W, 60 MHz, 1030 nm oscillator output; fit within a maximum 60 × 25 cm footprint in a monolithic aluminum housing; and require no active beam-pointing stabilization. This is an Advance Contract Award Notice identifying N2-Photonics GmbH as the pre-identified supplier because of its proprietary knowledge of the oscillator and its stated exclusive design, development, manufacturing, and supply position for the MIKS1_S_HP_UP multi-pass compressor. Other suppliers may submit a statement of capabilities demonstrating compliance with every requirement, including integration experience with similar systems. The product must be delivered by March 26, 2027.
