Description
East Noble School Corporation is seeking internet service for two facilities: a 50 Mbps full-duplex connection at its Community Outreach Center and a 4 Gbps full-duplex connection at its Transportation & Technology Center. The proposal must include installation, an RJ-45 Ethernet handoff, and DDoS mitigation at no additional charge; bidders must explain the mitigation service. Installation charges, installation labor, taxes, and fees must be itemized separately. The corporation prefers a three-year contract and asks bidders to acknowledge whether they will bill USAC for the discounted portion of the invoice. Bidders must provide their E-Rate SPIN number, agree to comply with USAC rules, and include at least three references for equivalent services, with client and contact details and a brief description of the work. Proposals are evaluated on cost, response adequacy, experience, references, invoicing and discounts, and local or in-state vendor status. The project is contingent on E-Rate funding approval.
