Description
Nokomis Public Library is seeking bids or proposals for Category One Internet access and data transmission services with capacity between 100 Mbps and 500 Mbps, along with any Category One network equipment necessary to make the connection functional. Installation and initial configuration are identified for both service requests. Proposals must identify the proposed transmission medium, such as fiber, copper, microwave, or coax; separately identify eligible and ineligible products, services, costs, taxes, fees, and other charges; include shipping charges where applicable; and provide a scope of work for installation services. Proposers must include a contact person's name, phone number, and email address, identify their Service Provider Identification Number, maintain a current Service Provider Annual Certification on file, and offer the Lowest Corresponding Price. One-year and multiple-year contracts with voluntary extensions may be considered, and the required service start date is July 1, 2027.
