Description
The Canada Revenue Agency is conducting a Request for Information to obtain industry feedback on external, independent investigative services. The anticipated requirement covers investigations of workplace harassment and violence, including contributing factors, root causes, and preventive measures, as well as administrative investigations of alleged discrimination or misconduct related to discrimination, harassment, and violence, including findings regarding whether allegations are founded and potential corrective measures. The RFI seeks information about organizational experience, investigator qualifications, bilingual English/French capability, capacity to manage approximately 50 harassment and violence investigations and 5 misconduct investigations annually, service-delivery models, quality assurance, conflict management, pricing models, and comments on sample statements of work. The future requirement is expected to support services across Canada and may involve virtual, telephone, and, where justified, in-person interviews. This RFI does not itself result in a contract or restrict participation in a future procurement.
