Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers’ Engineer Research and Development Center intends to acquire multiple physical site licenses for Association for Computing Machinery (ACM) journal publications, including access through the ACM Digital Library and ACM Open. The notice states that ACM holds exclusive worldwide distribution rights and is the sole source provider of these licenses for the institutional library market. This is a notice of intent to make a sole-source award, not a request for competitive proposals. Interested parties may submit a capability statement, a proposal or quotation, and a description of relevant experience with references for similar requirements. The agency will use responses to decide whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
