Description
Shared Health Manitoba is soliciting proposals for infant radiant warmers, neonatal incubators, and hybrid warmer-incubator equipment for child health units throughout Manitoba. The procurement includes related accessories, consumables, delivery, installation, user and service training, disposal or trade-in of existing equipment, warranty and post-warranty support, preventive maintenance, documentation, repair parts and tools, and customer service. Proponents may bid on one or more separately awardable categories. The estimated contract period is 72 months. Proposals must include the prescribed submission form, pricing form, questionnaire responses, manufacturer instructions for use for all products submitted, and applicable Indigenous Business Certification Forms. The opportunity is an open competitive procurement and is subject to the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement.
