Description
The United Nations Development Programme in Honduras is procuring equipment for the National Autonomous University of Honduras in three lots: an integrated physiological recording and analysis system; a physiology and pharmacology data-acquisition system; and portable physiology-practice instruments. Lot 1 includes a two-channel bioamplifier, ECG accessories and consumables, professional analysis software, a laptop, and a noninvasive continuous blood-pressure system. Lot 2 includes physiological-signal and pharmacology data-collection equipment, educational simulation software, a laptop, a multi-channel data-acquisition unit, sensors, transducers, consumables, and related software. Lot 3 includes 12 skinfold calipers and two portable refractometers or urinometers. The supplier may bid on one or more complete lots but must quote every item and the full quantity within each selected lot. Lots 1 and 2 require delivery, installation, configuration, functional testing, and technical training; Lot 3 requires delivery of the specified instruments and documentation. Equipment must be new, current manufacturer models, supported by manufacturer documentation, and delivered under DAP terms. The solicitation requires manufacturer or authorized-representative technical literature, legal and corporate documentation, at least three comparable completed contracts or purchase orders, and a signed technical and financial offer. Lot 2 requires a minimum three-year manufacturer-backed warranty for permanent hardware, while Lots 1 and 3 require a minimum one-year warranty.
