Description
The City of Pasadena is soliciting sealed bids to furnish and deliver LED cobrahead streetlight fixtures equivalent to 100W, 150W, 200W, 250W, 310W, and 400W high-pressure sodium luminaires, along with 400 Intermatic LC2100 photocell controls. The bid schedule lists quantities of 20, 25, 65, 55, 180, and 110 fixtures for the respective wattage equivalents, plus 400 photocell controls and shipping and handling. The City will not permit substitutions or equivalent products outside the pre-qualified product list. Materials must be delivered to the Street Lights and Traffic Signals facility at the Pasadena City yards. The contract is for one year from execution, with no optional extensions. Bidders must submit pricing electronically through the City's eProcurement Portal, complete the required forms, provide a five-percent bid bond, and comply with the stated product warranty and insurance requirements. Proof of insurance is required before contract award rather than with the bid.
