Description
This notice announces the Department of State's intent to award a sole source contract for preventive maintenance services for two existing Otis elevator systems located at U.S. Government facilities in Kampala, Uganda. The requirement falls under NAICS code 238290 and PSC code Z1PZ. Fabrication Systems is identified as the sole authorized Otis Elevators representative in Uganda and is therefore the only responsible source capable of providing certified preventive maintenance services for these specific elevator systems. The estimated period of performance is one year. This is not a request for proposal, but all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation for consideration.
