Westchester School for Special Children is seeking Managed Internal Broadband Services (MIBS)/managed service provider support with basic maintenance for existing cabling and network equipment at its Cortlandt Manor location. The scope includes monitoring, diagnosis, and repair of eligible equipment, along with installation, implementation, and all required licenses. Bidders must separately identify eligible and non-eligible costs and include all requested services without adding unrequested services. The existing infrastructure includes 48 network drops, 15 Ubiquiti UniFi U7 Pro access points, one Ubiquiti UniFi U7 Pro Max access point, one Ubiquiti UniFi Pro 48 PoE switch, two Ubiquiti UniFi Pro 24 PoE switches, one Tripp Lite PDU, one Tripp Lite UPS, and five Leviton patch panels. The applicant may add, remove, or amend services or locations based on cost, business needs, and budgetary requirements.
